If your body is already under stress, eating less just adds more.
Chronic stress changes how your metabolism functions — affecting your energy, cravings, sleep, and ability to lose weight.
That’s why we focus on supporting your gut and metabolism first.
You need real nutrition knowledge—based on science, not hype—so you can make confident choices that work for your body.
Because you don’t need more rules—you need roots.
You’ve tried all the things.
Restricted. Reduced. Restarted.
But none of it addressed how your metabolism actually works.
Here’s what we’re going to do instead:
Build habits that support your metabolism — even under stress
Feel energized again and reduce all-or-nothing cycles
Support gut health so your body functions more efficiently
Understand how foods add to your life—not take away from it
That I would only be able to eat grilled chicken and broccoli for the rest of my life. Now, my goals have been far surpassed... Overall I am a happier, more balanced motivated, stronger, version of myself."
The Metabolic Wellbeing Method is the framework behind all of my programs.
It’s built on science, grounded in your real life, and designed to help you follow through—so you can restore your metabolism , feel good in your clothes, and become the kind of person who trusts themselves to stay consistent.
Nutrition: Quality + quantity of food to support energy, hormones, and fat loss
Lifestyle: Exercise, sleep, and stress habits that support your metabolism
Mindset: The beliefs, habits, and self-talk that shape your choices—and how you feel in your body and about yourself.
Our process centers around three core pillars that work together to support lasting results:
And it’s all held together by expert support and accountability—so you don’t just know what to do… you actually do it.
"I was trying so hard to lose weight just by exercising everyday, but it starts with what you eat. She showed me that. Then when I thought I was eating something healthy, she explained why it wasn’t “healthy” and gave me knowledge. I went from 140 pounds to around 117 pounds (that number fluctuates up or down 1-3 pounds, water weight/bloating). That part was great, but also I did it in about 2-3 months. This does not mean that that will happen for everyone else, because each individual is different. What it did show me though is that, just by changing my eating habits I changed my whole world."

Grow Your Confidence & Master Your Metabolism
"I am no longer a slave to fad-diets, starving, or bingeing because of Leslie... I eat more even though I'm still losing weight... I feel confident and empowered that I can make healthy choices out with friends or at a restaurant."
Before I became a dietitian, I was just trying to figure it out like everyone else.
In high school, I struggled with depression and my weight. I was active and played sports, but I never felt comfortable in my body. I thought the answer was trying harder, eating less, or trying a "cleanse."
What actually changed things wasn’t restriction — it was learning how to eat in a way that truly supported my body.
When I started nourishing myself properly, I didn’t just see changes physically. My energy improved. I felt happier. I handled stress so much better.
At the time, I thought I had just gained confidence.
Now I understand what was happening physiologically.
Through my Masters Degree and deeper education in metabolic and gut health, I began to see how strongly nourishment influences brain function and stress resilience.
That became even clearer during pregnancy, when hyperemesis left me barely able to eat and I later experienced postpartum anxiety. When I was finally able to nourish my body again, my ability to handle stress improved. I was a healthier, happier mom, wife and person.
That experience solidified my approach.
Today, I focus on supporting gut and metabolic function first — because when your gut is supported, your metabolism and resilience follows.
This isn’t about eating less.
It’s about eating enough to support your body — and trusting that doing so won't make you gain weight, but gain a better quality life.
