I'm Leslie Stevens, a Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Nutritional Science, and I’m here to help you transform your health and well-being for lasting results. My passion for nutrition comes from my own struggles with weight—I know what it feels like to try everything and still not see the results you want. That frustration and sense of defeat drove me to dive deep into the world of nutrition, earn my degrees, and become a Registered Dietitian, all so I could help others overcome the same challenges.
When clients first come to me, they’re often frustrated and worried that yet another plan won’t work for them. That’s exactly why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
Instead, I tailor each nutrition plan to your unique lifestyle. We work together—you bring your expertise on yourself, and I bring my expertise on nutrition and well-being. Together, we’ll design a path that’s right for you, integrating healthy habits into your daily routine to create real, lasting change.

As a Registered Dietitian, and someone who just all around takes nutrition very seriously, we always look at the facts of the current research and evidence of the recommendations we make for each of our clients. We will support you with research backed nutritional information and help you create clarity and confidence in your nutrition choices and filtering out all of the misinformation on social media and the internet.
Instead of trying to fit your life around the rules of a diet, we take the fundamentals of nutrition and focus on the elements that you need to support you in reaching your goals and apply them in a way that integrates with your life. We work with your life - not against it, to help you develop a lifelong healthy lifestyle.
We approach nutrition as a whole life integration. We all have to eat everyday and we know eating is more than just the food - so we want to support you in optimizing what and how you eat in a way that fits with your life. This includes eating for enjoyment, eating with family and friends, your eating habits and so much more.
With over 8 years of experience, graduating with an undergraduate and graduate degree in Nutrition Sciences and passing the national qualifications to become a Registered Dietitian, Leslie continues to pursue continuing education to provide you with the most up-to date scientifically backed information to support you in your health and wellbeing goals.
