Absolutely. You’ll have messaging access (Sunday–Thursday, 9–5 CST) to ask questions, troubleshoot meals, what to eat at the resturant you are going to tonight or get feedback anytime something comes up.
No food tracking or strict diet plans are required.

We always say the average of the actions you take today will show up 30, 60. 90 days down the road (because health is a long game) so we find clients who stick to their coaching and lean into the accountability and support for 3 months or more see better progress and are more likely to integrate healthier habits into their daily routine.
