I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to struggle with your weight. For years, I felt like I had tried everything, only to end up feeling defeated when nothing seemed to work. It wasn’t that I lacked motivation—I wanted to change more than anything—but I just didn’t have the right knowledge to make it happen.

Determined to find a solution, I immersed myself in the study of nutrition, earning both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in nutritional sciences and becoming a Registered Dietitian. Through my education and personal journey, I discovered that knowing what to do is only part of the equation. The real key is figuring out how to apply that knowledge in a way that fits into your unique life and lifestyle.

That’s why I created this program. It’s designed with a lifestyle-first approach, focusing on integrating the fundamentals of nutrition into your daily routine. Our customized plans are effective because they’re built around you—your goals, your challenges, and your life. More Than Weight Loss

I was trying so hard to lose weight just by exercising everyday, but it starts with what you eat. She showed me that. Then when I thought I was eating something healthy, she explained why it wasn’t “healthy” and gave me knowledge.  I went from 140 pounds to around 117 pounds (that number fluctuates up or down 1-3 pounds, water weight/bloating). That part was great, but also I did it in about 2-3 months. This does not mean that that will happen for everyone else, because each individual is different. What it did show me though is that, just by changing my eating habits I changed my whole world.

My biggest struggles were eating when stressed, bored, eating out of procrastination, and literally eating whenever I was NOT hungry. I had a huge emotional tie with food and I was always on a continuous restrict then binge cycle. I would get so stressed about last-minute plans with friends and family (ex. Wine nights, going out to dinner, etc.) that I couldn’t enjoy time with them and I wasn’t ever present. 

I can enjoy myself without restricting. I don’t have to skip a meal, do a ridiculous cleanse, or anything extreme to “bounce back” from a night out, eating out of emotion or boredom, or after a big meal from family gatherings or holidays. There truly is a balance and Leslie taught me to trust my body! I am no longer a slave to fad-diets, starving, or bingeing because of Leslie! She’s my saving grace! 

My weight always fluctuated between 122-125lb’s and I felt so bloated before working with Leslie. Now, I’ve seen the scale get to 112lb and I tend to fluctuate between 112-118Lb depending on what I ate the day before. I am also waaay better about not putting an emotional tie to the scale. Leslie taught me that my body is smart, I don’t have to deprive myself, and weight fluctuations are normal.

Leslie is known for being the person to go to when nothing has worked before. Instead of this program being about learning a diet and trying to follow rules, it is about learning nutrition and applying tangible actions to your daily routine to get you results. It is about integrating in healthy habits to your life and not trying to make your life fit to random rules. Nothing has worked for you before, because you haven't had the opportunity to design a plan that works around you - until now.

We provide you with the knowledge and framework to allow you to creatively apply the actions that will work with your life and get you the results you want to create your own unique path to success. 

You are not alone if you struggle to make healthy changes. I think, if we are honest, we all do. But that doesn't mean it's impossible. That is why a key foundational element of our nutrition program focuses on behavior change and developing habits, so being this healthier version of you becomes your default. Something that over time you don't even have to think about. Some healthy habits may come quick and easy (we love that), but some may feel more challenging and that is where the coaching comes into play - where you get to be strategic about the way you implement it into your life. You strategize with Leslie to support you in integrating these healthy aspects into your routine. For a lot of us, we have been doing the same thing our whole lives (or for a long time) and you deserve the space and grace for intentionally working on becoming a healthier version of you and taking these changes on. We want you to feel supported through each step of the way!

Our starting point is based off of what you are already doing and what you typically eat. It is common to start by adding in healthier options to these meals and making healthy swaps. We take into account your preferences from the beginning, whether it is medically necessary (allergies or intolerances), religious preference, or just something you really don't like to eat. We do always like to remind our clients, we currently eat what we have trained our body to like, these tastes and preferences can change over time if we open ourselves up to the opportunity. 

If you can show us that you have taken the actions in your plan, stayed accountable to your balanced meals or calorie goals, hit your activity goals, and/or other specified habits that you have laid out with Leslie, and you have not made progress towards your agreed goals - you will receive a 50% refund. 

If you opt to do the wellbeing accelerator with coaching you will get the opportunity to be coached by Leslie to support you in making healthy changes, sticking to your actions, and staying accountable to getting results. With your coaching you will submit a check-in form on a weekly basis that Leslie will review, she will be able to address your specific questions during the hour long live coaching session each week on Sunday. This is where you can ask additional questions, address any barriers you may be facing, brainstorm with Leslie on how to breakthrough and continue to progress towards your goals, or simply just celebrate how far you have come. These weekly calls will be in groups of no more than 10 people to keep the quality of support high and so that you will have the time and space to have your questions effectively addressed.

Tracking calories is just one tool that can be used to support people in reaching their health and wellbeing goals - it is not the only tool.  Calorie tracking is not required by all clients. You have the option at the beginning of the course to choose from the path of tracking or focusing on building a balanced plate. Education will be provided on both of these methods to support you in reaching your weight loss goals.

Meal plans not not a part of the Wellbeing Accelerator. You will be provided with a meal template that can be applied anywhere, at anytime (yes, even eating out at restaurants) and supports you in deciding what to choose for each meal to support you in reaching your weight loss goal.

This course is not covered by insurance, but if you have a medical condition that requires nutrition intervention you may qualify to be reimbursed with our personalized nutrition plan.

This program is designed for generally healthy individuals, if you have a medical condition that requires customization of your nutrition please inquire about a personalized nutrition plan where we can better support you.
