That’s exactly what this is built for. Falling "off track" is actually part of the plan. It's inevitable- we are not going to ever stick to things perfectly. So what we do is support you through how to get back "on track," learn how to develop resilience to stick with the habits that are going to get you the results you want with the consistency to sustain it and integrate it into your life like it is second nature.
We don’t expect perfection — we focus on progress. If you miss a day (or three), you’re not behind. Just come back, it's what we are here for!
You are not alone if you struggle to make healthy changes. I think, if we are honest, we all do. But that doesn't mean it's impossible. That is why a key foundational element of our nutrition program focuses on behavior change and developing habits, so being this healthier version of you becomes your default. Something that over time you don't even have to think about. Some healthy habits may come quick and easy (we love that), but some may feel more challenging and that is where the coaching comes into play - where you get to be strategic about the way you implement it into your life. You strategize with Leslie to support you in integrating these healthy aspects into your routine. For a lot of us, we have been doing the same thing our whole lives (or for a long time) and you deserve the space and grace for intentionally working on becoming a healthier version of you and taking these changes on. We want you to feel supported through each step of the way!
Not exactly.
If weight loss is one of your goals and you’re building the habits to support it, then yes — this can absolutely support weight loss. But that’s not the only reason people join.
Some members are here to deepen the healthy habits they’ve already started and make them second nature. It’s a great fit for past clients who no longer need 1:1 coaching but want continued support and accountability.
Others are just getting started — they’re not quite ready for a full program, but they are ready to make real lifestyle changes in a low-pressure, supportive space.
At its core, this is a metabolism-supportive program focused on energy, consistency, and building sustainable habits. Body changes may happen — but the real goal is to feel steady, confident, and in control.
You get daily coaching and accountability from a licensed Registered Dietitian with 10 years experience as a personal trainer.
That means expert support when you have a question, hit a roadblock, or need a strategy that actually works. You will have a weekly self-assessment to complete to reflect on your previous weeks actions to keep you on track or quickly help you to get back on track with your healthy habits.
Along with this you will have access to structured tools, resources, and a supportive private community.
You’ll get access to daily coaching from a Registered Dietitian inside our private community. That means you can ask questions, share what you're working on, or get feedback when you're feeling stuck — and actually hear back. This isn’t a bot giving generic advice.

Absolutely! You are welcome to be a part of the community, but we understand when it comes to our health and habits, sometimes we'd like that to be private. We have 1:1 coaching packages available here.
With this being said, we want you to also know there is so much power in asking your questions or for feedback and strategy in the community - although it might feel a bit intimidating at first, there are mostly likely other people in the group who have the same question or might be struggling with the same thing. Not only could you be helping others by sharing or asking, but this gives you the opportunity to connect with people who are going through the same thing. You can open yourself up to more support and also the feeling that you are not on your own in what you are working towards!
