With in-depth knowledge on your plan, your coach will provide you with weekly virtual check-in sessions to answer any questions, navigate any barriers, and adapt and adjust your plan as needed.
We develop a comprehensive nutrition strategy and put it into an actionable nutrition plan to make it simple for you to put it into practice everyday.
Your nutrition coaching package entails a comprehensive approach that not only includes a step-by-step simple plan, but also the information, references, and resources to make it a lasting change.
For clients who want deeper insight into what’s impacting their metabolism, energy, or symptoms, we offer access to advanced lab testing and integrate our findings into your personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan.
These labs help us go beyond surface-level changes and get to the why behind what you're experiencing. Based on your needs, we may explore testing such as (but not limited to):
GI Mapping – to understand your gut health, digestion, and inflammation
DUTCH Hormone Testing – to assess hormone balance, stress response, and metabolism
Organic Acids Test (OAT) – to identify nutrient status, detox capacity, and hidden imbalances
Comprehensive Thyroid Panels – to evaluate how your thyroid may be affecting your energy, weight, or mood
These tests are optional and only recommended when they can provide clear insight to support your goals. All testing includes expert interpretation and is used to create targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies — no guessing, no overwhelm.

Coaching is not required, if all you want is a customized plan we are more than happy to create it for you. We will review your plan with you after we create it to ensure you feel confident moving forward with your plan. You can always add on coaching later if you feel you need support on staying accountable on sticking to your plan, would like expert guidance on adapting and adjusting your plan, or strategize on how to breakthrough barriers to achieving your goals.
Leslie is known for being the person to go to when nothing has worked before. The unique part of getting a customized nutrition plan and working one-to-one with Leslie your Registered Dietitian is that you aren't getting a diet to follow, you are learning the foundations of nutrition and applying them in a way that is specific to you, your personality, and your lifestyle. With your initial assessment we will review all the things that have worked and haven't worked for you so we can assess a strong starting point. With your coaching you have the opportunity to find the aspects that you feel are barriers and others that feel like they are coming quick and easy. With extensive nutrition knowledge and expertise in behavior change Leslie can guide you through breaking down these barriers and getting creative with the application of your nutrition needs. Leslie knows there are a million paths to create success, it is about designing the right path for you to create that success.
You are not alone if you struggle to make healthy changes. I think, if we are honest, we all do. But that doesn't mean it's impossible. That is why a key foundational element of our nutrition program focuses on behavior change and developing habits, so being this healthier version of you becomes your default. Something that over time you don't even have to think about. Some healthy habits may come quick and easy (we love that), but some may feel more challenging and that is where the coaching comes into play - where you get to be strategic about the way you implement it into your life. You strategize with Leslie to support you in integrating these healthy aspects into your routine. For a lot of us, we have been doing the same thing our whole lives (or for a long time) and you deserve the space and grace for intentionally working on becoming a healthier version of you and taking these changes on. We want you to feel supported through each step of the way!
Our starting point is based off of what you are already doing and what you typically eat. It is common to start by adding in healthier options to these meals and making healthy swaps. We take into account your preferences from the beginning, whether it is medically necessary (allergies or intolerances), religious preference, or just something you really don't like to eat. We do always like to remind our clients, we currently eat what we have trained our body to like, these tastes and preferences can change over time if we open ourselves up to the opportunity.
If you can show us that you have taken the actions in your plan, stayed accountable to your balanced meals or calorie goals, hit your activity goals, and/or other specified habits that you have laid out with Leslie, and you have not made progress towards your agreed goals - you will receive a 50% refund.
Support and accountability coaching is simple and effective. You will have a weekly virtual check-in with Leslie. You will be sent a form either Tuesday or Thursday with custom questions tailored to your specific goals, habits, and action steps. Depending on your plan and goals you may also be sending Leslie pictures of your meals or tracking your calories.
After Leslie receives your check-in she will assess your responses, your goals, and your progress to send you detailed, customized feedback within 24 hours. This will allow you to refocus each week with specific intentions towards your goals, with expert guidance on how to breakthrough any barriers you may be experiencing, so you can continue progress towards your goals! We also love to celebrate the things you are doing well and build on those.
Tracking calories is just one tool that can be used to support people in reaching their health and wellbeing goals - it is not the only tool. You will have an initial consultation with Leslie where together you will determine the right tools to realistically achieve your goals. Calorie tracking is not required by all clients.
Just like tracking calories, having a meal plan is a tool that could be used to support you in reaching your goals. After a personalized consultation it will be determined if a meal plan would be a beneficial tool to support you in reaching your goal. We actually rarely use meal plans in our personalized nutrition plans, as we want to support you in learning on how to create balanced meals and be able to eat on the go. Meal plans are not required for all clients. We do always provide sample meal plans to see examples of what a day/week of eating would look for your specific plan.
We do not bill through insurance, but we can provide you with a superbill (which is like a medical bill) that you can submit to insurance to see if you can be reimbursed for working with a dietitian.
Then the custom nutrition plan is exactly what you want. We can customized your plan to your nutrition requirements. We have vast experience working with clients with medical conditions and being supported by a qualified Registered Dietitian like Leslie is very important.
In addition to your weekly check-in and personalized feedback from Leslie, you will also have access to her Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm CST via messaging on the healthie app that will be used for communication.
